Where do you ship?

We ship to anywhere in the World. U.S. and Europe will be faster, see below.

How long does shipping take?

Orders will be shipped from Monday to Friday excluding holidays in Germany.

Expect the following times for delivery:

USA/Canada/Europe: 2-3 weeks

Worldwide: 3-4 weeks

My order never arrived. What do I do?

If your order didn't arrive, be sure to let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we would be happy to send you another order to the correct address, but you will have to cover the cost.

If the shipping address was correct, then get in touch with us at sales@dust-n-bones.com taking note of your order number. We'll see what we can do :)

Can I cancel my order?

We can not cancel any orders, we have a standardised shipping method to guarantee fast and error free shipping. But we offer our customers an easy return. Take a look at our return policy.

What if an item in my order is wrong, damaged or defective?

If this happens, please contact our customer service at: info@dust-n-bones.com. We need your order number (#12345), a photo of the defective item and a description of what is damaged or defect. Our customer service will find a solution :)

What if I need to change my address?

Once an order has been placed in our system, we can not change the address. If there is an error in your address, we have to wait and see if the package will be sent back to our warehouse.
